Just when I think “Savage Life 3” is a good album, Lil’ Phat has a verse on the current or next song. I’m on the fence on the sequencing choice of a song about your dear mother after a song about Trojan Magnums. It’s cool. I’m revisiting Boosie’s “Incarcerated” at work since most of Webbie’s album is too explicit, even for a liberal office space. If anything, I will save those around me the effort of figuring out why Lil’ Phat is on this LP.
