The PD of one of the stations I work for (I’m at SiriusXM for those unaware) summoned me to listen to this new Plies’ song. He was laughing, so I thought it was gonna be about pussy ass crackers giving ghetto youth 100 years of jail time. To the contrary! Ya lil’ homie Plies has returned to the forefront of hood ballads. From the man who brought you such romantic hits such as “Becky” and “Bust It Baby”, we now have “Just The Tip”. Maybe it’s because he’s a Floridian and I try to support all musicians out of that humid state of constant nonsense, but Plies will forever be the realest goon in all of our hearts.
